Get to know Titus Andronicus

There are times when I have felt that the opening band is better than the main act (ie the time ARCADE FIRE opened up for the UNICORNS) and I think that very well may be happening tonight at ONE EYED JACKS. Tonight, TITUS ANDRONICUS will be opening up for the British dance-pop act LOS CAMPESINOS and you may actually want to show up early for this one. Granted, I am a lot more into the sound of Titus Andronicus at this point in my life, but also lyrically they sit better with me. "It's You, It's Me, We're Dancing" vs "Your Life Is Over" (repeat about 100 times). I feel more like breaking stuff than dancing away the terror (My CAPITOL YEARS quote of the day) in these times we're living in. Ok, I promise this wont turn into a political blog anytime soon.
