Our Associate Producer Bonnie sent me this sad news. This is pretty sad news for us here at Static. We interviewed Jeff Hanson two South Bys ago at the Kill Rock Stars showcase at Emos. This is the first artist that we have interviewed that has passed away. He definitely passed before he reached his full potential. He was one of the nicest, most sincere artists we ever interviewed and the music world has lost a very special person this week.
