Chris of Caddywhompus to perform solo:

This Tuesday, September 15th, at the Dragon's Den, Caddywhompus' lead singer and guitarist will be playing his first solo show. He'll be playing with Gamma Ringo from New Orleans and the noise power-rock duo from Houston, Female Demand. Here is a sample of what Chris will be playing.

The Peekers announce last show in Shreveport:

This is sad for me personally. My favorite pop band in Louisiana, the Peekers, are calling it quits, and will be doing their final show in their hometown on Sunday. They will be playing at the end of October in New Orleans at a Voodoo Fest (who just announced the day to day line-up) after party as their final show ever. More on that later.
